Our call-out charge is £120 inc VAT (£100 + VAT) on weekdays between 8am and 6pm. It covers getting to you, finding the fault, making it safe and up to the first hour on site. We always confirm the price before we set off, with no hidden fees.

Yes. Weekday evenings (6pm to 10pm), early mornings (7am to 8am) and Saturdays: £180 inc VAT (£150 + VAT). Nights (10pm to 7am), Sundays and bank holidays: £240 inc VAT (£200 + VAT). Each includes up to the first hour on site.

Yes. The call-out charge is our minimum charge and applies to every visit, even if the fault turns out to be a quick fix. It includes up to the first hour on site.

If the repair needs more time or parts, we explain what's needed and agree the cost with you before carrying on. Nothing extra is done without your go-ahead.

Whichever suits you: by card on the day, online through our secure payments page, or by bank transfer. You'll receive an invoice by email once the job is done.
